This class action is filed on behalf of ALL Beast Games participants, whether California residents, or residents outside of the state of California.
On September 16, 2024, five Beast Games contestants filed a class action lawsuit against MrB2024, LLC, Off One's Base, LLC, and Amazon Alternative LLC, arising out of the the Beast Games competitions.
On September 23, 2024, a sixth contestant joined the class action lawsuit and an additional defendant, Mysticart Pictures, LLC, was added.
The lawsuit includes claims on behalf of all contestants for failure to pay minimum wages and other labor code violations, false advertising, and unfair business practices; claims on behalf of the female contestants arising out of sexual harassment, failure to prevent sexual harassment, and negligent infliction of emotional distress; and claims on behalf of a subset of contestants who were wrongfully eliminated at the second location of the Beast Games competitions, for the unfair influencing of the outcome of the competition.
